[Brass] Penny Lane March 3rd and Festival of Brass and Ideas

Friends of Brass,
     The Penny Lane is concert is almost upon us, just a week from this 
Sunday! This athletic and virtuosic tribute to the Beatles has kind of 
taken over our lives: we all agree that we've never had a harder program 
to play. Further, this concert will feature the triumphant return of ace 
trumpeter Drew Mazurek. You won't want to miss it! Join us at St. Mary's 
Church, 70 Gulf St., Milford at 2:30 on March 3.
     Also, we are happy to announce that a new concert has been added to 
our schedule. We will be performing as part of the Live at 135 concert 
series at Christ Presbyterian Church in New Haven on June 20th aty 7:00 
pm. The program will be entitled "A Festival of Brass and Ideas," and 
will be a unique showcase of the many faces of Brass. We've never done a 
concert like this one, so be sure to mark it on your calendars!
