Day-flying moths

I posted this last year and am at it again. I need to photograph some day-flying moths - alive. Some of the species I'm looking for are 8-spotted Forester, Nessus Sphinx, Grapevine Epimenis, Common Spring Moth, any kind of wasp or clearwing moths, and, later in the season, Buckmoth.

If you come across any of these, and you were inclined to help me out, could you catch it, put it in a jar with a crumpled peice of paper (for it to rest on - cuts down on the fluttering around), and keep it in your fridge? If it's one of the one's I'm looking for, I would come by and photograph it. Keep in mind that the less it is handled, the better shape the wings will be in. This is for a chapter on day-flying moths for a book on moth watching in New England.

I'm, also looking for a live Cecropia moth to photograph.

You can call me at (860)663-3225, or email me at the address below.

Many thanks!

John
