A very pleasant surprise this morning. I blundered onto a Leonard's Skipper at Sperry Pond, Middlebury - my first there and first for the Waterbury area. A quick but inexhaustive check of my records indicates this was my 50th species for Sperry.
   Also, since Buckeyes seem to have been in short supply, I'll mention a group of us had 2 at Hammo on Monday.
