More Red Admirals

I've enjoyed following this thread
and would like to add that while I
was visiting Rochester, NY on April 27,
I saw extraordinary numbers (certainly
100s, possibly 1000s)  of Red Admirals
flying along Lake Ontario in the vicinity
of Braddocks Bay.  There were so many that I mentally added Red Admirals to 
my list of migratory butterflies, although this doesn't
seem to be the case, just an early
and profound emergence.  What was
the out-of-state report that initiated
this thread?
