Monarchs and Eagles

Yesterday while watching a bunch of large birds spiraling on the thermals 
above me I spotted a Monarch using the same thermals to gain altitude. Even 
using field glasses the Monarch was tough to follow in the hazy sky. Great to 
see a Monarch soaring with Eagles, well,  maybe they were Turkey Vultures.
