Monarchs by the hundreds

Today at Harkness Park in Waterford I saw many, many Monarchs nectaring on 
Goldenrod in the dunes at the beach. I tried to count, but they were everywhere. 
This was around noon. I plan to go back tommorow to check it out again.

Everyone I came across remarked on the number of butterflies.  It made for a 
beautiful afternoon.

Many cabbage whites and orange and clouded sulphurs
