I am proud to say I was able to ID one myself last week in East Haven
(base of Saltonstall Ridge), thanks to learning it from Mr.
Himmelmimemneses' web site!

5/4 - Grabbed a few moments at Chatfield Hollow, Killingworth - Several
Pine
Elfins (on pussytoes), Eastern Commas, Spring Azures and one American
Lady.
Is mentioning Cabbage Whites like mentioning starlings on a bird
tally?

Grapevine Epimenises were flying, and landing, all along the boardwalk
- at
least a couple dozen. If you've never seen one (this is what they
look
like -http://booksandnature.homestead.com/moth12.html ), go to the
Chatfield
Hollow boardwalk and they will find you!
