This meeting is free and open to the public.
 
 The CT Botanical Society will hold it's fall indoor meeting this Saturday at 1pm at the CT Agriculture Experiment Station in New Haven.  The guest speaker is Rick Cech.
 
His presentation is 
                        
 “Lifestyles of East Coast Butterflies “
 
A presentation by Rich Cech, Natural History Author and Photographer.  He writes: “Butterfly lifestyles reflect intimate links with the host plants on which they feed.” He will discuss why butterflies select only certain hosts and how those host plants fight back.  He will bring copies of his book.
 

 
Directions:  Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station. New Haven, CT.  From I-91 take Exit 6, Willow St. Turn Right onto Willow St.  At the end of Willow turn Right onto Whitney Ave. Take the 3rd left onto Huntington St.  Just beyond the cross street turn right into the CT Agricultural Station’s Driveway.  Proceed to Jones Auditorium.
