Lake Wintergreen section- West Rock Ridge St. Park, Hamden

On Saturday, 6/13, I visited the Lake Wintergreen section of the park while 
 the sun was still out and was able to find a total of 14 species of  
butterflies.  The list for the day is as follows:
 
Spicebush Swallowtail (1)
Cabbage White (6)
Mourning Cloak (1)
Little Wood Satyr (26)
Southern Cloudywing (1)
Wild Indigo Duskywing (1)
Least Skipper (1)
European Skipper (55)
Peck's Skipper (10)
Tawny-edged Skipper (2)
Long Dash (3)
Hobomok Skipper (2)
Zabulon Skipper (7)
Dusted Skipper (1)
