Invasive species control?

This afternoon I watched 2 female Question Marks flitting about obviously  
in an ovipositing mode. After many failed trials on Milkweed, Goldenrod and  
other vegetation one, maybe out of frustration, satisfaction?   deposited 
an egg on Oriental Bittersweet.
If this egg survives to adulthood maybe we can clone it and be on our way  
to getting rid of Bittersweet.
