[Ctleps-l] Am Snout

7/11  A little after noon today on hackberry tree in my yard in Old Lyme, Ted hendrickson and I watched 2 AM SNOUT BUTTERFLIES chasing each other around, stopping quite close to each other and rapidly  beating their wings up and down.  We did not see them mating  they were moving around a lot when we couldn't see them at all.
