[Ctleps-l] Butterfly sightings-Lake Wintergreen section of West Rock Ridge St. Park

On Saturday, 7/21, I visited the Lake Wintergreen section of the park in  
Hamden where I found a total of 20 species of butterflies.  The list for  the 
day is as follows:
 
Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (9)
Spicebush Swallowtail (2)
Cabbage White (14)
Summer Azure (3)
Great Spangled Fritillary (3)
Pearl Crescent (1)
Eastern Comma (1)
American Lady (1)
Red Admiral (1)
Appalachian Brown (2)
Common Wood Nymph (2)
Monarch (5)
Silver-spotted Skipper (2)
Peck's Skipper (2) (2nd brood)
Tawny-edged Skipper (2) (2nd brood)
Northern Broken Dash (1)
Sachem (1) (Male; my first of the year- the first one I've seen anywhere in 
 the park)
Zabulon Skipper (2) (2nd brood)
Broad-winged Skipper (10)
Dun Skipper (8)
 
The big miss of the day was Mulberry Wing.  This is the first time  I've 
visited this site this time of year and NOT seen this species.
