The Sachem continue to nectar in my yard in Norwalk. I saw 5 or 6 today (09/08) spiraling and chasing each other around the flowers.

I seem to be the go-to guy in my neighborhood for people who find these
cats in their gardens.

I've never had early instar ones this late in the season, so could someone
tell me if these will be in the chrysalis over winter or is there still
time for them to eclose this year?

Many thanks.
