There was one White-M Hairstreak at Stratford Point today, along with several Red-Banded Hairstreaks, many Swarthy Skippers, abundant Painted Ladies and one Variegated Fritillary. The shear abundance of butterflies here is pretty amazing, and the new butterfly garden is amazing.

There is a need for volunteers to help keep some of the new plantings watered, so if you might be able to help out in that regard I could pass along your info to Stefan, Corrie and Scott.
