• are freshmen, sophomores, or juniors in Yale College<br>
• receive a Yale financial aid scholarship for spring semester 2007<br>
• are admitted to one of the Yale-designated study or internship programs
abroad or win a Yale-funded summer fellowship for an international
activity of four or more weeks duration listed on the Student Grants
Database<br>
• have not received an ISA before <i>(for exceptions,
