[Insightl] Processing Your Own Images

Is anyone out there processing their own raw tiff images using Inscribe and Insight Studio?  How time consuming is it?  Easy?  Did you need to pull in additional staff?  Did you have to upgrade your computers to handle it all?  I'm interested in any info you can supply.
