your absolutely right, it is basically a failure. <br>

My experience in 2005 was that it seemed like very moderate activity on
the first day and by the second day the place was deserted. I reported
as such for Variety with a few quotes from Western buyers. I can dig up
the story if you'd like to see it (or perhaps you saw it).<br>
