There are a few errors like this, but so far I haven't caught any that significantly affect the argument, as some of the errors in Burch's book
do. </div><div><br class="khtml-block-placeholder"></div><div>I should add that the online version snuck out long before we were ready. It's "official" launch will be in late summer or September. We are replacing all the images with new scans from David's negatives, along with color images from the DVDs. Our mock-ups are absolutely beautiful, and there will be ways to closely analyze the photographs.
