interesting enough: since last summer you can access the digital cinema archive
“Europe Film Treasures” with tons of films to watch free on-line
(streaming). Its mainly focused in silent and primitive European cinema with
subtitles in various idioms (including English). The usability is quite good. The
project includes 28 institutions from 19 countries. </span></p>
