It's too early to talk about the trends of female filmmakers as they are still few in number with many different styles, themes and genres of filmmaking. However, as an example some of them in the movie industry have already begun to participate and/or be awarded in the Pia Film Festival, independent and self-produced film festival (Yuki Tanada, Naoko Ogigami, Nami Iguchi, Shiori Kazama).<br><br>About Nishikawa's new film, please take a look at the official website <a href="http://www.deardoctor.jp/">http://www.deardoctor.jp/</a>. In this
situation, more directors are simply needed.
