I second IUC Yokohama, have heard great things from friends who did it--I did a one-year intensive program at Sophia that was really helpful (I think they've also got a summer course now, <a href="http://www.sophia.ac.jp/">www.sophia.ac.jp</a>), and I applied for a similar program at Waseda. <br>
