A friend of mine is trying to find the name of a film he saw in college in the 80's. His memory and description is sketchy but it involves scientists in an area where a goddess, who has failed at love, has caused a drought. The only other thing he remembers is the end which shows the area replenished with shots of water and waterfalls. It was in color.
