Dear Kinejapanners,<br><br>For various reasons, I need to contact someone at the National Film Centre in Tokyo, but I don't have a number for them and when I've looked at the NFC website, the "contacts" section, but in Japanese and English, rather unhelpfully says "under construction."<br>
