negative) reception to Alan Parker's 'Come See the Paradise' (released in Japan

connect to 'screens and memory'/'cultural identity'/ and possibly 'time and
memory'. 'Come See the Paradise' is of course, a Hollywood film but Asian
films were definitely underrepresented last year, despite a focus on
