I am interested in the distribution of Stemorrhages (or Diaphania) costata (MONA #5216) in the southeastern US and any host records on periwinkle (Vinca). If you are in this region, please get in touch with me off-list if you have been seeing either a lot of white moths that resemble Palpita kimballi or leaf folding and grazing of that host. The difficulty of identification makes voucher specimens desirable. The flight records seem to end in early October, hence the hurry.
