Many of you may find yourself waking up with sore throats, coughs and
various other "upper respiratory infection" symptoms in the coming
weeks. Adults average 2-3 colds per year, so you may have a few
coming to you. Get plenty of rest, drink plenty of water, and use
only the recommended doses (unless told otherwise by a health
professional) of over the counter cough and cold remedies if you find
yourself with these symptoms. When you get a cold, your body is
working hard to fight an infection, so give it a break and take care
of yourself!
