To minimize wear and tear on the untershames, three requests:

1. Send time-sensitive notices well in advance.

2. Send material as plain text: no HTML, other coding, or attachments.

3. Correspond directly with the person who or organization which has
posted the notice, *not* with your ever-beleaguered untershames.

Subject: Esther Singer Kreitman

I am an undergraduate student at Smith College and writing an honors
thesis on landscape and childhood in modern Jewish fiction.

One of the three texts I've chosen to work with is Der Sheydim Tants
(Deborah, in the English translation) by Esther Singer Kreitman. Thus
far, I've found limited material about Kreitman and her work. Anyone
come across any material—biographical or critical—on her or her work?

Also, one of the other books I'm working with is Criador de Palomas (The
Keeper of the Doves, in English) by Mario Goloboff. Any leads on
information about him and his work would also be greatly appreciated.

Any assistance would be graciously welcomed!

a sheynm dank!

Christa Whitney
