Paniccioli, who snapped hip hop's first baby steps. Ernie Paniccioli is an
American photographer of hip hop culture. He is a Cree Native American, and grew
up in Brooklyn, New York. His photography of hip hop began in the 1970s with
shots of graffiti in New York.<BR>Winner of the New York Big Apple Film Festival
