interview with <br>Professor Bruce Duthu-an internationally recognized scholar on
Native <br>American issues, including tribal sovereignty and federal recognition of <br>Indian tribes.&nbsp; Duthu is an enrolled member of the Houma Tribe of
Louisiana.<span style="">&nbsp; </span><br>We will discuss his new book,
<em style="">American Indians and the Law</em> (Viking
Press <br>2008), which is part of <span class="booksubtitle">The Penguin Library of
