Ethnic Studies broadly as work on more than one distinct ethno-racial group;
work on intersections and/or co-constitution among race, gender, sexuality, and
class; and work that theorizes race or ethnicity both particularly and
generally.&nbsp; The candidate should focus on one or more of those
