[NEUG-L] ANNOUNCEMENT: new chair and NEUG officer vacancies

Hello NEUG! Happy New Year!

Now that the list is up and running again, I'd like to announce our 
new lineup for NEUG officers.

I will rotate from chair to immediate past chair, and my colleague 
Melissa Wisner

will be serving as chair of NEUG for the coming year.

The positions of chair-elect and secretary-treasurer are currently
