[NHCOLL-L:105] Policies on accession/deaccession/Loans

I am looking for official museum and collection policies on accession,
deaccession and loans.  I am specifically interested in policies that are
in place at natural museums that include an invertebrate and/or insect
collection.  Pointers to urls would be great!
