Not only is it important to send a separate invoice, it is also very 
important to include a copy in the shipping box, so that it can be 
returned to the sender if it gets lost or the label gets torn off the 
box.  Several times people have attempted to ship specimens here 
without any shipping notice included, and it seems that the boxes 
were lost after labels were torn off the boxes.
