[NHCOLL-L:772] shipping tissues in buffer solution to Belgium

Hello,

Has anyone ever shipped tissues (in buffer solution) to Blegium via 
DHL?  When I called and asked, I was told that any animal products had to 
be in sealed tin cans and vacuum packed.  What about other carriers like 
Airborne?
