I see no need for a name change, as the name as it stands does limit the
scope of membership in any way.  Name changes or established organizations
require a fair amount of behind the scenes work for legal aspects, plus
publicity after the fact.  If there is a compelling reason it is one thing.
I see no advantage to this change.
