[NHCOLL-L:1343] Irradiation question re. UPS

Folks,
We are assuming that UPS (as opposed to USPS) is not irradiating and does
not plan to irradiate, but the people we've talked to at UPS so far know
nothing one way or another.  Has anyone checked this out fully yet?
