I am very interested to know of a supplier for the 120 mm gallon glass jars. I hope
someone kind find one.

For oversize material, we currently use transparent, plastic pails that, as I recall
from my waitstaff days, are often used in the food service industry. They are
clear, graduated pails that hold 22 quarts and have snap on plastic lids (I don't
know the type of plastic--it's much harder than soft drink bottle plastic). The seal
is by no means as good as the screw top plastic buckets that John suggests. The
clear pails are made by Cambro Manufacturing in Huntington Beach California, but
Cambro doesn't sell direct. Ours were ordered so long ago that I don't know a
vendor. You could probably check with any food service industry distributor.
