Mammalogist/Curator

The Florida Museum of Natural History, at the University of Florida, invites applications for a tenure-track position as ASSISTANT CURATOR in Mammalogy. The successful candidate is expected to develop an active research program in mammalogy using current systematic tools and to curate and develop the museum's collection of mammals. The candidate must have a strong commitment to university education and is expected to interact in allied academic departments. Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. and strong research and collections interests in systematic mammalogy. Starting date 9 August 2002. Salary competitive and commensurate with experience.
