[NHCOLL-L:1303] Source for stoppers

I am posting this request for Dr. Carl Rettenmeyer, Emeritus Professor of
Biology, who is still very busy studying army ants and their associated
arthropods. He is looking for a source for neoprene or silicone rubber
stoppers, size 0000 (4 X 0), approximate top diameter of 10 mm, bottom
diameter of 6 mm, and height approximately 20 mm. He needs to buy these in
large quantities (thousands, and maybe even tens of thousands). Please
