No, that's not a safe assumption.  Depends on the paper/parchment, depends
on the printer (especially the amount of heat used by your printer),
probably depends on the brand of toner.  Some laser-printed material scrapes
off very easily, even dry, and even more easily when wet.  Some
laser-printed material literally falls right off the page in ethanol.
