Hello,
In cleaning out some attic space we have come across a marine invertebrate
collection of close to 1000 lots. The specimens mostly come from
Washington from the late 1950s to the 1980s and have collection data
(locality, date and collector). Many of them are dried out. I am loathe
to throw out even the dried specimens because of their historical value.

1) Is there anyone out there interested in acquiring this collection?

2) I am not an invert person - is there any value to keeping the dried out
specimens, especially those with no hard parts or fragile hard parts
(crustaceans)?

Thanks for your help,
Peter
