Announcement from the Yale Peabody Museum's Paleobotany Division
January 2, 2008

Effective immediately Yale Peabody Museum's Paleobotany Division 
announces a temporary suspension of its external activities. During 
this period the Division will be unable to process loans or requests 
for images or data.  Requests to visit the collections will be met on 
an as-feasible basis.  To discuss special needs, please contact Dr. 
Leo Hickey, Curator,

necessitated by the retirement of the Division's Collections Manager, 
and we anticipate that this vacancy will be filled within a few 
months. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
