ANNOUNCEMENT
 
60th Annual Meeting of The Lepidopterists' Society
New Haven, CT 23-26 June 2011
 
The sixtieth Annual Meeting of The Lepidopterists' Society is being held this year in New Haven, Connecticut, from 23 to 26 June 2011.  The Entomology Division of the Peabody Museum of Natural History and the Connecticut Butterfly Association are the institutional hosts.  Most of the program activities will take place in the Science Hill complex of buildings on the main campus of Yale University.
  
Electronic registration for the meeting, paper & abstract submission, housing & dining reservations and other details are online at:  http://www.regonline.com/theLepidopteristsSocietymeeting   The Societal website also has information at http://www.lepsoc.org  Yale's Conference & Events Services is managing the online registration and if you need assistance they can be reached at 203-432-0465.  Regular registration is $115/person and student registration $95/person, through 20 May 2011 (after that date rates are $150/person and $125/person).  
  
For those presenting a paper, please submit your title and abstract (125 words or less) by 20 May 2011 online via the registration website to guarantee inclusion in the meeting program.  Each paper is a total of 15 minutes (allow 12 minutes to talk and 3 minutes for questions).  For researchers who wish to work in the collections either before or after the meeting, please contact Larry Gall (lawrence.gall at yale.edu 203-432-9892) to make arrangements.
