Dear Paula,

I don't think anybody say that we know about spirits. That is exactly why want to promote this initiative. Personally I recognize my ignorance on the topic and I want to learn more about it. I volunteer myself to take some double distilled spirits extracted from grape juice from the arid coasts of Peru (AKA Pisco). Maybe similar to the ones that Tschudi himself used to preserved his specimens in 1843.
