[Nhcoll-l] Shipments to India

Does anyone have any experience in shipping wet specimens (Non-CITES) to
India using FedEx or DHL? If so, have you needed any specific forms or
supplementary permits/vet certificates? I'm looking into logistics of a
potential loan, and I've never shipped there before.
