[Nhcoll-l] RE file sizes and attachments

Hello webmaster: Just writing a quick note to suggest that when people send
huge files 3 meg or more as attachments, it can slow down inbox activity in
one's email. Not sure if you have a protocol on attachments and file sizes;
perhaps it would be a good idea. Dropbox and similar cloud offerings are
possible.
