[Nhcoll-l] Artist arrested for smuggling wildlife

 20 months in prision and $6,000 dollars in fine plus one year probation
and forfeiting of smuggled wildlife ?????

That's hardly an object lesson, hardly a punishment to fit the crime.

It's hard to believe that in this age, the judgements are still trivial.
