We hope that the SPNCH will help us encourage each of its members who will all receive the HHI 2014 survey to complete it. The attached "HHI 2014 information for distribution to constituents" provides some background, suggested language you and/or your staff can use to help HHI 2014 be as successful as
HHI 2004 was because of SPNCH's help ten years ago.
