Two places near me that are involved in seed banks come to mind:

Theodore Payne Foundation: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__theodorepayne.org&d=AwIFaQ&c=-dg2m7zWuuDZ0MUcV7Sdqw&r=CLFZJ3fvGSmDp7xK1dNZfh6uGV_h-8NVlo3fXNoRNzI&m=omuXnK7GOy617ddBdNQ_MZ6oFYvVJCUFSdF8fPe6Mcw&s=_5FebIN86XcJPt7yiJIEz4ifyJmzR1PxEWZiO6xzNMw&e=
I don't have specific contacts there, but their "Our Team" page lists
Genevieve Arnold as their Seed Program Manager.

Catalina Island Conservancy: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.catalinaconservancy.org&d=AwIFaQ&c=-dg2m7zWuuDZ0MUcV7Sdqw&r=CLFZJ3fvGSmDp7xK1dNZfh6uGV_h-8NVlo3fXNoRNzI&m=omuXnK7GOy617ddBdNQ_MZ6oFYvVJCUFSdF8fPe6Mcw&s=5fmdPcIUUu9ExQUIKuwv58nViCJtp5pR0D0OuPRgNG4&e=
John Mack is their Chief Conservation and Education Officer. He's at:
jmack at catalinaconservancy.org

Cheers!
