[Nhcoll-l] A collector called Dirings?

Hello ever-helpful friends, you'll have to tell me if you think at some
point my questions become a nuisance. I really hope not! You're an
excellent resource. I'm looking for information on a specimen collector
called Dirings, who was active in Brazil in the late 1950s and 1960s. He
collected mostly insects and also herps. I can't find anything about him.
Not even initials or nationality. Anyone?
